The exceptional event organized by our management team to boost the potential of S.MILES Group employees and its affiliated companies, “The Power of H.E.R.O,” successfully concluded on 12–13 July 2024 at Koh Si Chang, Chonburi Province.
“The Power of H.E.R.O” was designed to cultivate leadership skills and unlock potential that can be applied both in daily life and in the workplace. Its primary goal was to enhance essential team skills.
This year’s theme, “Team Building 2024: Beliefs in H.E.R.O,” focused on fostering unity, effective team communication, professional work practices, and collaborative teamwork. Through a variety of engaging activities, participants not only enjoyed fun experiences but also gained valuable insights and practical knowledge. Well-organized group sessions allowed everyone to strengthen team bonds, improve professional communication, and develop leadership abilities by learning from each other.
More than just a break, “The Power of H.E.R.O” provided inspiration and left a lasting impression on every participant. The valuable experiences gained will be applied in everyday life and work, further empowering the organization and enhancing overall efficiency.
